Sidell Pakravan is a collaborative community of designers actively using architecture to redefine the physical, cultural, and experiential context that surrounds us.
Rudabeh Pakravan and Kristen Sidell, the principals at Sidell Pakravan, are both licensed architects. Together we have over twenty five years of experience in residential, commercial, and civic buildings in Europe and North America. We discovered our affinity for contemporary design and an iterative creative process while studying architecture at the University of Pennsylvania. We are committed to exploring how architectural concepts take root in contemporary contexts. We engage these questions in our practice and through teaching architecture at the California College of the Arts and the University of California, Berkeley.
